Polly Hannah Klaas (January 3, 1981 – October 1, 1993) was an American murder victim whose case garnered national media attention. On October 1, 1993, at age twelve, she was kidnapped at knifepoint during a slumber party at her mother's home in Petaluma, California , and strangled to death.

9 paź 2018 · Davis led authorities to Polly’s body, which he had dumped in a shallow grave near the city of Cloverdale, about 30 miles north of Petaluma. Davis was not sentenced until June 18th, 1996. His charges were first degree murder, as well as robbery, burglary, kidnapping and a lewd act on a child.
