A nest is usually a park or large area indicated on the map with a dark green patch of grass where a pokemon will be spawning more frequently (approximately 25% of the spawns). These rotate bi-weekly at midnight UTC/GMT on Wednesday (example: the next rotation is June 21, 2023 at 5:00 PDT).

I had to gather the nest migration data by spoofing to every park in the region as they would change to keep them up to date. So use your map feature and look for parks and you’ll quickly find out what’s nesting in that park. But for the best nests, I usually refer to The Master Nest.
