This information is available on the top left of the screen if you are playing on PC or in the menu if you are on mobile. You can change your channel on Community > Change channel.

In the top left corner I see "Route 2, Ch. 3" And I have no idea what it means. It's what channel you are on. So if you are playing and someone is trying to find you, you can tell them where you are and on what channel.

15 paź 2020 · Hello @Maxkipan, You need to complete your "Seen" Sinnoh national Pokédex in order to get access to the Snowpoint temple and post-E4 areas. Legendaries are not included in this quest. When you are done with the "Seen" Sinnoh Pokédex, go to Sandgem Town's P.C. and talk to Professor Rowan in order to complete the quest. Source:
