Formatting poetry is time-consuming, which means it's expensive, so it's worthwhile to do it yourself. Either way, it will go more smoothly if you use manual returns for line of the poems and a hard return for the end of each stanza.

I used Google docs for my first book and formatting was difficult to get it the way I wanted it to look. I switched to a combination of Scrivener and Dropbox for the sequel and it was much easier to compile and format. 5/7 would recommend Scrivener to anyone serious about writing.
