The standalone client patches files bit by bit, and you can't do that using a generic torrent program. At best, they could set up torrents of all the individual files, but the smallest you could get would be the same size as the steam update download (10GB).
The patch size for the update will be around 8.5GB on the standalone client and 8.5GB on Steam. We've also made a torrent available for this update which is around 32GB. Please keep in mind that this method, while available earlier, makes it a larger update as it includes all the existing client content.
23 sty 2013 · I'm SURE someone already finished downloading the complete client from the official downloader. Just make a hash check with the torrent and try to seed it ! Seed it for 10 minutes. Its enough to make some people get 100% and seed it again. Thats how P2P works.
