See for example, the first post from BossDweeb here: You didn't mention where you obtained the games that are giving you problems.
64bit systems are backward compatible. Double click the EXE. It doesn't work. That is why I asked. there shouldn't be any problem. Throw the extra 32 bits away, you should be fine. Or I could add 32 bits. Assuming windows based, 99% of the time a 32 but application will run just fine.
