16 mar 2009 · Download the new Plazmic Theme Builder 4.5 here! Themes built using CDK 4.2 will work on all OS's from OS 4.2 up. Themes built using CDK 4.5 will not work on OS's prior to OS 4.5 unless you follow the instructions below.
