  3. The biggest issue with an actual PS2 is that your best audio/video option is probably component cables plus RCA audio. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Component_video in case you're unfamiliar. Could be a dealbreaker if your TV setup doesn't have the connections.

I remember reading about lots of issues not booting up, getting super hot, etc. but its been awhile. Any information or experience with these models would be great!
