Two Point Hospital is slightly more challenging. I found Campus to be a more casual version of Hospital, but they're both a little different. I can't really choose, as they're both fun.

I read that it would have a challenge mode where you compete indirectly against your friends, so their progress would be stored online and you would track against it, and they specifically used the example of ghost races from racing games.
16 sty 2018 · Multiplayer. Please add a multiplayer option (cooperative or competitive) to the game. Theme Hospital had one (competitive). I miss the social aspect in this kind of games.
