I'm wondering how would you calculate the catch rates. I use this but I'm pretty sure it's incorrect. Does anyone know how I can correctly get the catch rates?

I find catch rates to be somewhat harder in this game, often using 50-80 turns to catch legendaries. Is there anyway I can modify Pokemon catchrate across the board or increase ball catch rates by a flat amount?
