This books interests me for some reason. I've been looking at some early Image titles. Does Pitt have a definitive end? I know a lot of early Image titles got dropped without going anywhere, especially Rob Liefeld's stuff. So I'm asking. Add a Comment.
They thought Pitt was dead and his body was to be dumped. On his way to the dump, however, Pitt awoke and attacked his pilot. The pilot in self-defense shot Pitt out of the vessel.

Pitt was one of the first non-partner Image books (I think The Maxx was the first), and Keown's artwork was just amazing. At some point (high teens, low twenties?), Keown left Image and started publishing Pitt himself, through Full Bleed Studios.
