Jest to krok konieczny, gdyż w oprogramowaniu samej konsoli znajdują się biblioteki wykorzystywane przez sam emulator. Aby nie przedłużać, uruchamiamy emulator RPCS3 i z lewego górnego rogu wybieramy File -> Instal Firmware.
