Paula Deen's Old-Fashioned Holiday Glazed Ham. "This is a Paula Deen classic made with a spiral-sliced ham coated with a brown sugar/mustard glaze and then covered with pineapple rings, maraschine cherries and cloves. I found this in the December 2009 Food Network Magazine.
Ingredients. 2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar. 1/3 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons pineapple juice. Pinch ground red pepper. 1 (8- to 9-pound) fully cooked spiral-cut ham. Instructions. Preheat oven to 325°. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, mustard, honey, pineapple juice, and ground red pepper.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to set 5-10 minutes. Beautiful, crunchy brown crust on top. Moist on the. inside.
