1) Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. 2) Rub pork generously with smoked paprika, Cajun spice, ground cumin, BBQ spice, salt, and pepper liberally. 3) Place pork butt in a roasting pan. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven for approximately 3 hours. 4) Using your hands or fork pull cooked pork.
Brown beef in a large skillet and drain. Add Beans, Potatoes, BBQ Sauce, and Ketchup and toss until meat is evenly coated. Place mixture in a baking dish, and bake until heated through (about 10-15 Minutes). You can serve on hamburger buns, as a dip with frito's or as is!
