25 lut 2022 · The Piestewa Peak hike via the Summit Trail is 2.1 miles in an out-and-back-formation. For such a relatively short hike in the Valley, Piestewa’s Peak offers amazing views of downtown Phoenix, and the cities of Mesa, Chandler, and Scottsdale.
Trail access off 32nd Street and Lincoln Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Follows 8A, to 302, then 304 which ends about ⅓ the way up the Piestewa Summit trail. You can choose to go up to the summit or down at this point.

1 mar 1997 · Believe it or not, only a small percentage of the crowd makes it up to the official peak. Most are satisfied with the larger area just a few yards shy of the summit. It's fun to look around and see the city from a birds-eye view.
