When I'm watching videos on Youtube, I almost always watch them on at least 1.5x speed, and usually 2x speed as well. I often find I can watch the video and still retain the same amount of information as when I watch it on normal speed.
I usually watch at 1.5x - 2x, but during "fluff" parts, repetitive parts, parts that don't interest me, or if the speaker is especially slow, I will watch at up to 4x. Slowing down at interesting points doesn't even require a click, just the scroll wheel.

Depends on the content, anywhere from 1.25x-2x is normal for me. Still have a 1000+ watch later queue, but part of that is I can't be bothered to watch anything as of late. FYI, Youtube enhancer for Firefox allows you to mouse wheel scroll speed in increments you set.
I use a chrome extension called improved tube to automatically play YouTube videos at the preset speed I chose in the extensions settings. I usually have it set for 1.5x or 1.75x depending how slow the YouTuber talks.
A few years ago I started watching a a lot more tv shows than usual and I noticed that i get bored most of the time because everything takes too long to happen so i started speeding it up, first to x1.25 than x1.5 and now at x2 speed.
