However, each submission provides the option of specifying a preferred date and then up to two additional dates or date ranges. If you are only able to go on specific dates, then you’ll be able to provide up to three specific arrival dates.

Cabins: Private, with bunk beds, and can accommodate up to 10 people. Dormitories: Separate male and female dorms, offering a communal bunk-bed setup.
Check out the Phantom Ranch Lottery Schedule to figure out when you need to submit your lottery entry for your desired trip date. When you enter the Phantom Ranch lottery, you’ll specify your desired arrival date, number of nights to stay, total number of guests in your group, and a secondary date for your trip.
We will resume the normal lottery schedule beginning with stays of April 2024 and beyond. For example, to stay in April 2024, we will accept lottery entries from February 1st through February 25th, 2023. The lottery will be processed and winners notified in March 2023.
