Wolf becomes the new main pet of WoTLK and replaces Ravager. What makes the Wolf so important and nearly required as a raid pet is Furious Howl. This pet ability will grant you and your pet 320 melee and ranged attack power for 20 seconds, with a 40 second cooldown.
8 paź 2023 · Wolves are the best pet for all PvE content as a Hunter, regardless of spec. This is entirely due to their ability, Furious Howl , which gives both the Wolf and you an AP buff with 50% uptime. It is easily the strongest pet ability there is, as it is the only one that also increases the Hunter's damage too.
8 cze 2009 · I’m currently using a wolf for raiding and I’d like to ask you what talents are you placing for maximum dps (ferocity). Got a tree/link? You Betcha. I’ll do ya one better though… here’s a post about it. 😉. My 16 Point Ferocity Pet Talent Build For when I raid as Marksman. 2 Points in Cobra Reflexes – Straight DPS boost.
