1. Create a brochure that explains your personal wellness plan (learning outcomes 1, 2, 3). Be realistic! Include the following: • your daily exercise • when you will go to bed on school nights • breakfast and lunch plans • your next health care visit (doctor, dentist, optometrist)
A self-care plan can help you enhance your health and wellbeing, manage your stress and maintain your sense of self. Learn to identify activities and practices that support your well-being and help you to sustain positive self-care in the long-term. We will get into the details of a self-care plan later in the coming weeks.
