1. Create a brochure that explains your personal wellness plan (learning outcomes 1, 2, 3). Be realistic! Include the following: • your daily exercise • when you will go to bed on school nights • breakfast and lunch plans • your next health care visit (doctor, dentist, optometrist)
Define the term “wellness.” • Explain how emotional, mental, physical and social health are all important components that complement and connect to one another. • Understand that wellness is interconnected. • Demonstrate how to get healthy and stay healthy using multiple strategies. •
