14 mar 2024 · Below are the final PIAA girls wrestling rankings for the 2023-24 season. These rankings are compiled by a team of seven rankers (including some coaches and avid followers of girls wrestling). Each ranker selects 5-8 wrestlers per weight class and 10 teams.
