Everett Herald. Penn Cove Brewing Company, a local brewery with two locations on Whidbey Island and one in Lake Stevens, has closed its doors permanently. The brewery with taprooms in Coupeville, Freeland and Lake Stevens announced Saturday it would close all locations.
