Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification (PSSC) Exam. The exam is administered by the California Mental Health Services Authority, (CalMHSA). CalMHSA is the certifying entity for Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialists in California.
Each exam program has a unique login. For some testing programs, you will login with your Pearson VUE username and password. For other programs, you may be redirected to their website.
The exam is offered in either English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Vietnamese through live online proctoring or in-person testing centers in California. The online exam is delivered through Pearson VUE’s online delivery system called OnVUE.
The Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification exam is administered by CalMHSA with third party proctoring by Pearson VUE. The certification exam is available through on-line live proctoring and in-person at local test centers in California.
