Dinner this evening at the Pearl Restaurant in St. Bart’s was extraordinary in a wonderful seaside location glistening in the moonlight on St. Jean Beach. First my husband and I ordered an appetizer of tomatoes and burrata cheese dressed with a flavorful citrus vinaigrette dressing .
6 maj 2024 · We decided to try Pearl and are happy to say that it did not disappoint! The service was highly personalized and the background music was soothing and appropriate for dinner. The menu was the same as that offered at lunch, with the added benefit of romantic candlelight, a cooling breeze and the relaxing sound of breaking waves.
