Here is the issue. In the settings of youtubeTv app turn off 5.1 Audio and the problem does not occur. All my tv’s are surround sound capable and one tv uses Sonos. This is definitely an issue with the stream from youtubetv that when using 5.1 Audio the audio does not sync properly with the multiple channel.
Updated TLDR: the peacock app on Amazon and android 4k devices only outputs 2.0 PCM/stereo sound and does not offer 5.1 surround sound audio for TV shows or movies, even if you pay for peacock premium or premium plus
If the audio issue is persisting on all content, please try the following troubleshooting steps: Close the Peacock application on your device and any other applications you may have running in the background. After all the applications have closed, relaunch the Peacock app.
