12 kwi 2023 · A review of technology in overweight and obese people found that the use of PDAs demonstrated an average weight loss of 2.0 kg, with PA monitors being the type of technology that achieved the greatest weight loss at 6.21 kg, followed by virtual reality (4.7 kg), websites (3.75 kg), smartphones (3.44 kg), and DVDs at the lowest (0.48 kg).
