It says it right there. Penetrating blaster. It’s used to work free crusty bolts and nuts. Especially ones that have been rusted up. For lubrication, it depends on what you’re lubricating. Metal to metal would be great with lithium grease. Silicone spray lube is great for non metal contact or metal on non metal contact and seals.
