Effective January 1, 2018, providers serving individual Medicare Advantage and IFP members must register for Payspan Health® to continue EFT and ERA. Then follow these steps to complete registration: Contact your financial institution to obtain the amount deposited by Payspan Health. Log into Payspan Health and click Payments. Click the Account Verification link to the left side of screen.

Go to www.payspanhealth.com and click the Register Now button. If you are registering for the very first time on Payspan, and you don’t have a Registration Code, simply enter your NPI, TIN and Billing Zip Code and click Submit. (This feature is only available for first-time provider registration).
