Your company ID is the first field you fill in when logging in to Paylocity both on a desktop computer and in the mobile app. Click "Help" at the top right of your login screen. Choose "Forgot Company ID" and follow the prompts.

Log in to Paylocity’s online HR and payroll platform.
Click Register User to create the user name and confidential password. Actions: Enter the Paylocity assigned Company ID. Enter the Last Name. Enter the nine digit Social Security number in the SSN field. Enter the SSN a second time in the Confirm SSN field. Enter the Date of Birth. Click the Continue button.
Forgot Company ID or Username. Actions: Enter the Last Name. Enter the last 4 digits of the Social Security number in the Last 4 Digits of SSN field (exclude any dashes or spaces). Enter the last 4 digits of SSN a second time in the Confirm SSN field. Enter the Home Zip Code. Enter the Phone or Email associated with the Username.
