Past Perfect is a pretty standard collections Management System for small museums. I personally find the interface pretty easy to use. It has seprate catalogs for objects, archives, photos and books.
I'm practicing UX design and am in the process of doing a small case study re-designing the software a bit on some fronts and designing a mobile counterpart if it were to exist (if you opened PastPerfect web edition on your phone you'd understand).
21 kwi 2023 · I highly recommend PastPerfect as a software to other museum professionals, especially if they do not currently have software (which is often the care for some small and house museums), because it does make the paperwork and the management of the collections run more smoothly.
I am on the hunt for a collections management software that will best suit our needs. I have used PastPerfect and TMS in the past but I wanted to ask you all if you have other suggestions, especially newer options.
