Students with a valid parking permit may obtain access to gated parking areas listed below between 5 p.m.-5 a.m., Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. To obtain access, please select one of the options listed below and contact the UAB Transportation Office.
If your initial appeal was denied then you can appeal to the appeals panel which is made up of students, faculty, and staff (not Parking and Transportation staff). They can sometimes be more reasonable and understanding of the situation and have more flexibility than the parking staff who review the initial appeal.

You can find a full list of permit options, as well as pricing, on the Student Parking page. UAB Transportation will continue to offer zone parking options.
