Help with 2 hour glucose test results. I just received my glucose test results today after failing my 1 hour test. My results were as follows, I know my OB will go over results, but my anxiety is going bananas right now. Fasting: 82 1 hour: 219 2 hour: 140.
The point of the one hour test is to see if you need the three hour test. It's a screening test, so that's all it does. The three hour test is diagnostic for gestational diabetes, so that's the one that matters. In the last couple years, they decreased the 1 hour test cutoff from 140 to 135.
