Barry Niemann is the Director of Deployment and Analysis for Paramedics Plus. He joined Sunstar Paramedics as an EMT in 1982 and has worked as a paramedic, flight paramedic, adjunct instructor, Emergency Medical Dispatcher and communications center manager.
