PANDA (Pre-K Application and Database Access) is the online provider service system for Georgia's Pre-K Program. Through PANDA, providers can submit applications, complete rosters and waiting lists, check on payments, submit their reconciliation, and update site and contact information.

Pre-K Providers are responsible for verifying a teacher’s CYE prior to reporting it in PANDA. Enter 08/01/2023 for the begin date even if the teacher may have worked earlier (e.g., teacher preparation in July) or started later.
When you activate your DECAL KOALA account, you can log in online to view and update specific information about your program(s), enter additional email addresses, pay license fees (if applicable), print your license or registration certificate and more.
Use your GaPDS credentials to log in or create an account. Note: Director (Pre-K and CCLC) logins will not work. Please use your personal registrant account to login.
