7 sty 2017 · Panasonic should either offer reasonable repairs costs, or access to parts and repair manuals. They need to partner with other facilities. There is a camera and lens repair shop in my area, but they don't support Panasonic because they can't get the parts.
LPS Repair Experience. The hinge cover on my S5 popped off so I went through the whole process of sending the camera out for repair. That was over three weeks ago. Last week I received an email from FedEx that I had a package on the way from the Panasonic service center. Great!
In total I paid 428 EUR for the service and repair - 78 EUR more than I had paid for the camera, the camera cost me 778 EUR in total and that was an expected price when I bought it. I also own a Hasselblad 501CM with four lenses and three film backs.

3 lut 2023 · I'm sure some of you have signed up for Panasonic's Lumix Pro Services, LPS. I submitted an application for LPS Red, apparently free and requirement to submit gear for repair. Thinking of submitting a camera I've not used in four years.
