Step 1: Sending an invitation to the user you want to associate with your institution account: The registered administrator login to Springer Nature Librarian Portal. On the left-hand panel, go to ‘Access’, 'Other access methods'. You will see 'Associated users': Enter the email address (es) and select an end date, then click ‘Invite users’.
Manage individuals’ association with your organization – associate or dissociate individual users, download a list of active members. You can choose a single image to upload as your organization logo.
