Cassie's items hardly change from playstyle to playstyle. Buy Cauterize and Chronos pretty much always, buy Resilience against shittons of CC, other blue items depending on enemy team comp. You can swap out Master Riding for Chronos or a blue item if you're on a big boy map like Timber Mill.

Play Exaction, get a loadout from a pro (check rockmonkey or Ozon3TV), and focus on hitting your shots & following up on shots after rolling. That will help work on your aim since it's an aim-intensive talent. IMO this is the best way to improve with her mechanics. Make sure your FPS is stable because Cassie requires you to be precise.
We all know that Cassie as well as all other champions have 3 talents but which one is the best for the situation? Impulse - This is the go-to talent for most as it is easy to use and very effective. Exaction - Great talent if you are able to hit all your shots. With chronos 3 and the right deck you will be able to have infinite dodge rolls.
