Bookings with split forms of payment. For bookings created through the PAL website, ticket refunds can be requested through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888, (+63) 919-056-2255, or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office. Applicable fees will be collected.
For bookings made online, the 16 digit reference code must be noted and printed out, and for bookings made through PAL’s Reservations Hotline, the 8-digit reference code from the reservations agent must be noted and presented to the accredited payment center.
I also use https://www.virtuallythere.com to retrieve my flight details with Philippine Airlines and PAL Express. If you don't know your Record Locator you may call them (depending on your location) to ask for it.
