This big leaf arch symbolizes the specialty of Cabatuanon, which the saging leaf is the major tool used in cooking their food specialty, the tinuom na manok.
Cabatuan is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Iloilo. The municipality has a land area of 112.90 square kilometers or 43.59 square miles which constitutes 2.26% of Iloilo's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 61,110.
