The PairWise Rankings (PWR) are a statistical tool designed to approximate the process by which the NCAA selection committee decides which teams get at-large bids to the 16-team NCAA tournament.
These are wins that cause a team's RPI to go down. (Explanation) 'Pairwise Won-Loss Pct.' is the team's winning percentage when factoring that OTs (3-on-3) now only count as 2/3 win and 1/3 loss. 'Quality Win Bonus'.
Men's Division I Ratings Percentage Index. *Team's RPI has been adjusted to remove negative effect from defeating weak opponent. The Ratings Percentage Index is one tool used to select teams for the national collegiate ice hockey tournament.

24 sty 2023 · We typically have seen the top eight or so teams in the PairWise come mid-January make the NCAA tournament. Nobody has clinched it, but only the top four – Minnesota, St. Cloud, Penn State, and Quinnipiac – are virtually a lock. The name that stands out for me in that group of four is Penn State.
