I would probably go with the 14" version of the Custom Products tactical barrel but I'm scared that the material around the threads end (idk if there's a technical term for this area) will get in the way of the shroud. Has anyone else had any experiences with this?

MG100 FSR barrel length, cutting shroud. I want to change out my stock barrel for FSR but I got a few option here. I currently have own 2 14" hammerhead barrels, the standard .688 and .684. I was just thinking of using them but few issues. They are 14" and would sit short of the shroud.
