Heavy duty pack saddle britchen, made out of 12/14 oz. oiled harness leather. The straps are 1 inch wide and have roller buckles with buckle covers. The britchen is fully lined with soft chap leather and measures 2 1/2" wide x 47" long (w/o the 3" ring at the ends).
You can order the Formfitter Pack Saddle with a single or double rigging. The britchen spider utilizes four straps instead of two. The 4 straps coming off the britchen have buckle covers, so the tail hair won’t catch in the buckles.

When using on a riding saddle we recommend removing the stirrups and using a britchen and breast collar for stability. In stock in dark brown. Other colors available on request.
Riding Saddle Britchen. Adjustment straps are 3/4' wide, made from premium harness leather. Roller buckles are used for adjustments. Conway buckles are used where it attaches to the saddle. Nice clean look with no tails hanging down.
