7 paź 2024 · The money tree (Pachira aquatica) is a houseplant native to Central and South America. It's an easy-growing plant that grows quickly—up to 24 inches a year. It will eventually reach 6 to 8 feet tall in maturity.
Flowers: Its magnificent flowers, some of the largest among tree flowers in the world, boast elongated petals that unfurl akin to a banana peel, revealing delicate, yellowish-orange stamens. Flowering generally occurs when the tree is grown in its natural habitat rather than indoors.
7 kwi 2023 · The first signs of root rot in Pachira are usually represented by spotty leaves, yellowing leaves, or leaves that fall off. When detected in the very early stages, root rot can be reversed if you allow the soil and the root ball to dry thoroughly before you water again.
