The PLCB's Licensee Online Order Portal (LOOP) provides visibility into current and upcoming product sales, allowing licensees to plan purchases around sales to achieve cost savings. LOOP also provides price-per-ounce information so that licensees can compare products, and the system instantly shows licensees how much is saved on an order.
contact LOOP Support at plcbloop@pa.gov or (800)332-7522, option 5. Complete the registration steps above by Tuesday, June 27. You will receive an email from the PLCB with instructions on how to log in to the new LOOP starting Monday, July 3. Orders may be placed in the new LOOP beginning July 3.
Each licensee must first register for a PLCB+ account. If you are a current licensee without an access code, you may email ra-lblicensingmod@pa.gov to obtain one. Returning licensees may simply log in above to apply for and manage beverage alcohol licenses and permits.
