  3. Yes I felt discouraged / over my head, weird and somewhat depressed when I first started p90x. But if you can get through the first two weeks / month, you will grow to love it. The visual results started around day 60 for me and once that happened, I was addicted to P90x.

  7. For the first year I did P90X I used collar weights, so I would have to pause the DVD and switch weights manually and it sucked! I got tired of switching weights, so sometimes I would just use the weight from the previous exercise for the one I was currently doing. Not a good idea. I wish I would have had the Selecttech weights from the beginning.
