Normal salary of a Filipino employee is 13 months. Sa p&g, it's 15.5 months. So if you compute for annual salary you take the monthly base, let's sa 50k then multiply it by 15.5 = 775k yun per year. So a 50k offer from p&g is 775k per year + extra allowances whereas in a different company that only pays you until 13th month would be 650k/year.
