The Mathematics Admissions Test (MAT) is a subject-specific admissions test, lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes and sat under test conditions. This Oxford admissions test is now computer-based, and you will need to arrange to take it at a Pearson VUE authorised test centre.
Like all Oxford admissions tests in 2024, the MAT will be online, delivered in partnership with Pearson VUE via its established network of test centres. In 2024 there will be no charge for candidates to register for the MAT.
Our UCAS application deadline is Tuesday 15 October in 2024, which is earlier than most other universities. If you are applying to Oxford this year, it is likely that the admissions process for your chosen course will include an admissions test.
The deadline for submitting your completed UCAS application (including reference) is 6pm (UK time) on 15 October. Late applications cannot be accepted. Please note that your school or college might have an earlier internal deadline to allow time for your teachers to write your reference.
1 dzień temu · Registration and booking timeline. Candidates must register for Oxford Admissions Tests between 15th August and 4th October 2024 and book to take their test at one of Pearson VUE’s worldwide test centres. All candidates for a particular test will take this on the same day.
19 wrz 2024 · Much like applying for any other UK university, applications to Oxford are made through UCAS, though the deadline is earlier, on 15 October 2024. Your application may include a preference for one college, or may be an "open" application in which case a college is assigned to you.
