I think most people know Bose for being comfortable and that generally holds true for big heads, too. I briefly owned a pair of QC35 II and they were easily one of the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned, but I had bluetooth issues with them and swapped to the newer NC 700 instead.

Sennheiser HD 598, HD 800 and Beyerdynamic DT 990 all manage to fit my big fat head with no issues and are very comfortable. The most uncomfortable headphone I have tried and owned is the HD 600 and HD 660.
