Terrible Customer Service. BUYER BEWARE!!! The new "relaunched" Overstock is not the Overstock you remember! I ordered an eight-piece outdoor seating sectional. Three of the eight seats were damaged two of them had wicker that was gouged.
Overstock furniture and customer service is horrible. I bought a couple of things from them and they were both defected. The called me approximately 25 times and I could not understand what they were saying.
