Terrible Customer Service. BUYER BEWARE!!! The new "relaunched" Overstock is not the Overstock you remember! I ordered an eight-piece outdoor seating sectional. Three of the eight seats were damaged two of them had wicker that was gouged.

I finally out of desperation filed a complaint with the BBB only to receive a THE CUSTOMER'S ALWAYS WRONG response. I plan to warn others of this which should be worth more than the $21.00 they made off me.
